REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges are currently disabled due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. 

 

We desire for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their order with Muslim Boutiques. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to obtain a refund or exchange you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Once we have received your parcel please allow 10 days for us to process your return. You will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. 

 

Refunds will be authorised only after a full inspection of the Goods by our Returns department. 

 

We will only offer a full refund for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with Muslim Boutiques Swing Tag(s) still attached. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.

 

To qualify for this you must arrange your own shipping. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post, in such circumstances returns and refunds cannot be issued. Any custom charges is paid for by for the customer, if returns are sent to us with custom charges we will invoice the customer with these charges once paid we will accept the refund. These charges incur a transitions surcharge.

 

We advise you use a fully trackable service and keep the postal tracking number and to ensure you have insurance for your return package.

 

We recommend you pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all parts of the items for example belts, buckles, hood etc. Ensure you print and fill the Exchange & Returns form clearly stating the reason for returning the item and to advise us on whether you require an exchange or a refund.

Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, washed, fabrics that are damaged, pulled or altered will not be accepted. We advise that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant which may leave a wear marks on the items.

 

Muslim Boutiques will not refund any goods that have been signed for by another delivery address, or for items returned to us which are lost and fail to reach us.  Please make sure items are accompanied by a tracking number provided by your courier company.

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

 

Damaged Goods

Please note that before all our items are dispatched it goes through a 3 stage Quality Control Check. If however on the rare occasion the items are damaged or an error you must notify us within 24 hours of recieving the items and we will take the relevant steps to investigate and resolve the issue. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 working day. You must notify us via email or the contact us form stating the condition of the item with an attached image and your intent. Once we have recieved and reviewed your notification we will then forward you a return form directing you of the next steps.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

 

You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

 

Hijabs, Niqabs, Gloves, Sleeves, Caps & Accessories 

In the interests of hygiene all accessories scarves and beaded items including head accessories and arm wear is subject to a enhanced check by our returns department. Please ensure that all product information is carefully noted before purchasing your item.

Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer.

 

Exchange Requests

All requests for an exchange will be subject to availability.

 

Adjusted Items

All adjusted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Our professional, experienced tailors will only adjust according to your requirements.

Missed Delivery 

Any orders that have been missed by our courier partners are returned to us(this can take up to 28 days), we then contact you to ask you if you wish for a re delivery or a refund. Please note refunds are issued for the cost of the order only excluding any delivery cost or gift packaging cost.
