Important Legal Notice 

These are Muslim Boutiques Group LTD Terms and conditions under which we supply the products via our website www.mulsimboutiques.com to you. These terms and conditions must be read carefully before placing any order with us. Using our site indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy, Returns and Delivery Policies. At the time of purchase you will be asked to accept these terms and conditions, and therefore legally binding a contract between You and Muslim Boutiques Group LTD. 

 

 

1. Information About Us 

www.muslimboutiques.com is operated by Muslim Boutiques Group LTD. We are a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 12836760. Our email address is info@muslimboutiques.com.  

 

2. Your Status 

You may only purchase Products from us if:

a) You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us (for example, in England and Wales you must be at least 18 years old);

b) You are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to pay for your order; and,

c) are resident in a country that we deliver to (please see our “Deliveries” page for further information).

 

3. How The Contract Is Formed Between You And Muslim Boutiques Group LTD 

a) Once you have placed your order, you should receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that We have received your order, however if you do not receive an email please contact us. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (which we may refuse for any reason).

b) After you submit your order, your payment will be authorised by your bank or card issuer. Your order will only be processed once the full payment has been received. Once we accept your order this will be confirmed by us sending you a further email notifying you of the dispatch information at which point the contract between us and you will be formed. 

c) As soon as you place your order, we start to process your order. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however some orders/items may have a delay in dispatch subject to availability and during busy periods. This means you cannot make any amendments to your order before delivery, however you may be able to return your products for a refund or exchange please read our Returns Policy click here. 

d) These terms and conditions, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language. Please note that We may not necessarily keep a copy of your Contract. You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.

 

4. Delivery 

  1. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from your purchase. However these may vary during busy periods and public holidays. The time scale of your delivery from the time of purchase will depend on the delivery service you have selected, please click here to read the delivery timings. 

  2. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, after three failed attempts, we may end the Contract and we will arrange with the courier for the parcel to get returned to us this can take up to 28 days. A full refund will be issued back to you excluding delivery charge. Please note should you require a re delivery of your  parcel you will be issued a further invoice with a delivery charge. We will email you to ask if you would like a re delivery if no reply is given in 14 days we will end the contract and refund you excluding any delivery costs.

3. Delivery of your order will be complete when We deliver the Products to the address you provided to us at the time of purchase and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.

4. The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colours of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the Products that will be delivered to you.

 

5. International Delivery 

If you are ordering for delivery to a destination outside the UK please note the following: 

 

a) Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that Muslim Boutiques Group LTD have no control over these charges and are under no circumstances liable for these charges. We cannot judge the value of these charges and these charges may vary accordingly. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes. 

b) You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined for delivery. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law; and

c) If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect. 

d) Muslim Boutiques will not take any responsibility of lost or damaged goods at the time of transit. We advice when returning your parcel you use a fully trackable service and pay for insurance. 

e) We have a list of all the countries that we deliver to along with the cost on the checkout page on our website. Please note the more popular countries will be found on the list however if you are unable to see your country contact us and we will give you a personal quote of the cost. Muslim Boutiques Group LTD are unable to post to certain countries as they have restrictions in place. We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion. If the delivery to your desired country exceeds the standard international shipping cost we will contact you with a further invoice charge to complete the order or cancel the contract.  

 

 

6. Returns, Exchanges or Damaged Goods

7. Quality Control 

Before dispatch all our items goes through a 3 stage Quality Control Check. If however on the rare occasion the items are damaged or a manufacturing defect you must notify us via email info@muslimboutiques.com within 24 hours of receiving the items and we will take the relevant steps to investigate and resolve the issue. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 working day. You must notify us via email or the contact us form stating the condition of the item with an attached image and your intent. Once we have received and reviewed your notification we will then forward you a return form directing you of the next steps. 

 

If for any reason, important information relating to the handling and care of the product is missing, i.e wash care labels, woven labels, etc, please contact us to request for this information. Alternatively the care information can also be found on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any act undertaken by the customer without consulting Muslim Boutiques which may result in damage to the product/s due to not following care instructions and guidelines normally present on each item's wash care label.

 

8. Products 

Please be aware that shopping online provides a different shopping experience to shopping in-store. We have made every effort to display an accurate image of all our products that appear on the website. However the actual colour you see will depend on the monitor you are utilising. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of these images via the display of you screen and cannot be liable for any products that may reflect differently at the time of delivery. 

All product descriptions are highly accurate, the measurements provided for each product are approximates however every effort is made to ensure these are as accurate as possible. However please 

note due to the nature of manufacturing, all lengths stated are approximate and may differ up to 1 inch.

 

9. Pricing, Payments & Availability 

a) The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on our site in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices advertised on our site include UK VAT at the relevant rate chargeable for the time being, but exclude delivery charges which are payable in addition and shown separately during the checkout process.

b) We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which We have already accepted. However, if the rate of VAT changes after the date of your order, We will adjust the rate of VAT you pay unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

c) We accept payment by debit card, credit card or Paypal. We accept the following cards: Visa, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Muslim Boutiques incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all financial transactions through the web site. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need to access your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information. Muslim Boutiques Group LTD has the right to share Your information only in needs of official demands stated by the government and/or laws. In all other cases Muslim Boutiques  Group LTD will not share Your information with any third party.

d) You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery charges), and We will charge the card you have chosen to use to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order. We immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

e) If We accept and process your order where there is a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable and which could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing, We may end the Contract, refund to you any sums you have paid under the Contract and require the return of any Products provided to you.

f) If you wish to apply a voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired. We reserve the right to withdraw our contract with you 'customer' if you order multiple items for commercial gain. Managers discretion will be followed to determine the quantity.

g) All Goods are subject to availability. We may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you.

 

 

10. Our Rights To Cancel The Contract 

We may end the Contract at any time by emailing to you if any of the following occur:

a) You do not make any payment to us when it is due

b) You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to process your order or

c) You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Products to you.

d) You order multiple items with discounts in order to resell without holding an approved wholesaler account.

 

If We end the Contract in any of the situations set out above, We will refund any money you have paid in advance for the Products We have not provided but We may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the costs We will incur as a result of you breaking the Contract.

 

11. Promotions 

Official Muslim Boutiques Group LTD promotion codes entitle you to an offer on your online order from www.muslimboutiques.com. To utilise your promotion code, click the "enter promotion code" button on the checkout page and enter the specific code. Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. A minimum order spend may apply to promotions which may be listed below or at the time of checkout. 

12. Brand Ambassadors 

If you are selected as a Brand Ambassador you will receive exclusive products from our collections by postal delivery, cost covered by Muslim Boutiques. In exchange our contract with you will be that, you either create content or review our products on your social media accounts. The service required from you will be outlined on a more thorough email upon selection. Ambassadors will be selected by our team only. We hold the right to terminate the contract at any given time. After receiving the products you must endeavour to complete the contract in a suitable time, failure to do so will result in a invoice charge to be sent out for the cost of goods or a email instructing you to return the items as we have terminated the contract.
